Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

  • Cancellation

    In general, orders once placed are not cancellable. However, if you have any unforeseen travel plans/ circumstances crop up, we can hold your order (provided we receive at least 48 hours advance notice) and issue you a credit for the meals not delivered, that can be used for subsequent orders.

    Should you still wish to cancel, we will regrettably be required to charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the order value, on account of administrative and financial charges incurred by us.

    Cancellation requests on account of any other reason will incur a fee equal to 20% of the order value and is subject to management approval and discretion.

  • Refunds

    All payments made by you for our meals are non-refundable. However, if there are any issues with the meals, please write to us at eat@tsquaredlab.com and we will communicate with you, separately, on the refund amount and process.

    All refunds are initiated by us and the time of reflection of the amount in your card and/ or bank account is beyond our control, which is why we usually prescribe a period of 10 business days.


Return Policy

Any meals that are delivered to your premises are not returnable on account of Food Safety and Hygiene purposes.
