How Do I Sign Up And Get Started?

Once you have seen our menu and wish to order, click here, select your meal plan (Sculpt, Balanced, Plant-based or Custom), Meal Size (Regular/ Large/ XL) and the number of meals you want to order.

Then choose your delivery slot, pay and you’re all set!

Our cut-off for orders is every Thursday at midnight, so if you're looking to order from Monday onwards, please place your order by Thursday midnight the week before.

What Are The Meal Types And Plans Offered?

Our meal plans run from Monday to Friday, and you can enjoy them on your schedule with flexible delivery options.

Our Custom option allows you to choose across meal plans so you can mix and match the meals across the Sculpt/ Balanced/ Plant based options

How Do I Add My Allergies To My Order?

Please let us know if you have any allergen restrictions (e.g., allergic to allium, gluten-free, etc.) in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will, however, notify you if certain ingredients are integral to certain menu options, in which case you will be advised to choose an alternate meal.

Can I Order Only For The Days I Want?

Within your order span, you can pick and choose across all available meals, as long as you order a minimum of 6, 10, 12, or 15 meals (for 1 week) or 12, 20, 24, or 30 meals (for 2 weeks). Your choices can be for any combination of days within the week.

Meals are delivered three times a week - on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday for evening slots, or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for morning slots.

What If I Only Want Lunch?

That’s absolutely fine! You can order only lunch or any single meal type, as long as you meet the minimum of 6 meals per week.

How Many Meals Do I Need To Choose?

Our menus run for 2 weeks. Depending on your choice, you can select 6, 10, 12, or 15 meals for 1 week and 12, 20, 24, or 30 meals for 2 weeks.

Our minimum order is 6 meals per week; however, you can choose any combination of days and meals to suit your schedule. As long as you order at least 6 meals per week, you are not required to choose a minimum number of meals per day.

Are Your Meals Halal-Certified?

We operate a no pork no lard kitchen and all our raw materials are sourced from halal certified suppliers.

We are not halal certified yet but are in the process of submitting the required documentation to the authorities.

Where Are Your Meals Prepared And What Is The Shelf Life?

Our meals are prepared using only the freshest and locally sourced ingredients by trained and expert chefs at our dedicated Production Kitchen Facility in the North-East.

We handle everything ourselves, from menu planning and nutrient analysis to sourcing, preparation, and packaging, to make sure you receive only the best meals.

Each meal is clearly labeled with accurate information about the ingredients, allergens (if any), and macronutrients.

Our meals are blast chilled, never frozen, so we give a "consume by" date one day after the intended date of consumption. Please note that the meals need to be kept refrigerated at your location to ensure long shelf life.

How Are The Meals Delivered?

We do islandwide delivery, including Sentosa. However, we do not deliver to controlled areas such as Jurong Island, airports, and prison camps.

You will receive your meals chilled and will need to reheat them before eating.

Delivery is done in two slots that you can choose from, before checking out:

  • Evening Delivery: Meals are delivered on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday between 6.30 pm - 9.30 pm.
  • Morning Delivery: Meals are delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 7.00 am - 10.30 am.

Because of the route-dependent nature of delivery times, we cannot commit to any specific delivery times but will make every effort to stick to the scheduled delivery window, subject to traffic and other conditions.

Should you not be at home at the time of delivery, we will leave the food outside your door. In the event that access to your location is restricted and we cannot reach you, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes to your delivery schedule so we can accommodate your needs.

When Will My Meals Arrive?

Meals are delivered three times a week:
- Evening slot: Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Morning slot: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Evening Deliveries:

  • Sunday delivery covers meals for Monday & Tuesday
  • Tuesday delivery covers meals for Wednesday & Thursday
  • Thursday delivery covers meals for Friday

Morning Deliveries:

  • Monday delivery covers meals for Monday & Tuesday
  • Wednesday delivery covers meals for Wednesday & Thursday
  • Friday delivery covers meals for Friday

Does Someone Need To Be Present To Receive The Delivery?

You can opt for contactless delivery, in which case, we will leave the meals at your doorstep and send you a Proof of Delivery. Alternatively, you can request for handing over the meals in person to you.

What Do I Do After Receiving My Delivery?

Once received, we would urge you to store the meals right away in your chiller, so as to ensure the freshness of the meals is preserved.

Can I Hold My Order Or Change The Delivery Address?

If for any reason you need to put the delivery on hold for a particular day or chenge the location, please let us know no later than 24 hours so that we can arrange the same. For meals kept on hold, we will issue a credit that can be used against your future orders. We will be able to share more details directly with you via email or WhatsApp.

Can I View My Order Online?

On successful completion of an order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains all the details related to your order. Further, you can login to our website and check your past order. Please let us know in case you have not recevied any confirmation email.

How Much Time Do I Have Before Delivery To Adjust Or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change your order, we will need at least 48 hours advance notice so that we can ensure the changes requested are implemented in our backend as well. Should you choose to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be able to advise you. Please note, cancelation of confirmed orders will result in a deduction of 20% of the paid amount, pro-rated to the number of undelivered meals, towards payment processing and administrative charges

Simply reheat your meal in the microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy restaurant-quality flavor, freshness, and nutrition.

How Do The Meals Stay Fresh During Shipping?

Our meals are sent out in sanitized thermal boxes and are packed with ice gel packs to ensure the termperature of the meals remains within the food safety limits. In case you are not at home to receive the meals, please let us know in advance and we will ensure your meals are placed in a separate thermal bag with ice packs before leaving them at your doorstep.

How Long Will My Food Stay Fresh?

Our meals are designed to remain fresh for up to 2 days from the date of production, provided they are chilled immediately on receipt and continue to be placed in a chiller, prior to consumption. Each meal label contains a "Consume Before" date.

How Are The Meals Packaged?

Our meals are packed in eco-friendly bio-degradable boxes that can be stored in your chiller and directly microwaved as well.

What Should I Do With My Box After My Delivery?

Your box can be disposed of as bio-degradable waste or you may also choose to use as storage at your place. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to take back used boxes.

Where Can I Find Nutritional Information About Your Meals?

All our meals are labeled with a Nutrition Sticker that is designed as per USFDA standards and contains all relevant information in terms of calories, macros and other nutrients.

What Kinds Of Ingredients Do You Use?

Our ingredients are sourced from reputed suppliers in Singapore and abroad. All ingredients used are natural and do not contain any traces of preservatives or MSG

Do You Use Processed Foods Or Artificial Ingredients?

We never use overly processed ingredients and everything is non-GMO and FDA-compliant.

Do You Use Any Canned Vegetables?

We do not use any canned or processed vegetables. All our vegetables are freshly sourced.

How Are The Meals Prepared? Is Anything Fried?

We use a variety of prepping techniques that include steaming, baking, sous vide, grilling, saute etc. We do not use any fryers in our Central Kitchen

What Types Oils Do You Cook With?

We use only Olive Oil in our meals. We do not use any other saturated or unsaturated fats in our cooking process

Can you tell me how many calories I need to consume?

While we are able to provide general nutritional advice, we are unable to specify your exact daily calorie requirements. We would advise you to seek such advice from your trainer or other sources.

Do I Need To Take Any Supplements?

Our meals provide a wide variety of nutrients and are dietician-approved, but you may choose to supplement or eat additional food in order to reach the nutrient daily recommendations you specifically require

What Is The Nutritional Breakdown Of Your Food?

The macronutrient breakdown varies between plans and individual meals, however, you can always count on getting a variety of whole foods. We use ingredients that are nutrient-dense and fiber-rich, nourishing your body and helping you feel fuller for longer. That means plenty of vegetables, and then a range of whole grains, pulses, and lean animal protein (depending on which plan you select).

I’m Very Active - Will I Get Enough Protein?

If you are leading a very active lifestyle, we would recommend our Sculpt Plans for you, which provide higher amounts of lean animal protein and energizing complex-carbs

Will Your Meals Help Me Lose Weight?

Weight loss is not guaranteed with our plans, but many of our customers report great results. Since our meals are fiber-rich and nutritious, they help you feel fuller for longer and can potentially reduce the urge to snack – great news for anyone attempting to lose weight

Are Your Meals Low Sodium?

Most of our meals are considered lower sodium than the average meal and other meal prep companies, but sodium may vary per meal. That said, eating three meals a day from any of our meal plans provides less than 2,300 mg of sodium, which is within the general recommendation for an average 2,000 calorie diet.

The majority of our dishes can be considered lower sodium compared to average meals and other meal prep services. However, it’s important to note that the sodium content can fluctuate slightly depending on the specific meal.

Do You Use Any Refined Sugars?

We avoid using overly processed sugars in our meals, but sometimes add small amounts of unrefined sweeteners (such as maple syrup) to breakfasts and sauces.
