Delivery & Shipping Policy
- Be Present or Contactable
Please ensure that you or someone on your behalf is present or contactable at the delivery address during the delivery date and time specified in your order. This allows our dedicated delivery partners to perform their tasks efficiently and helps avoid delays for other customers. If you cannot be present, please make arrangements for someone else to receive your meals.
- If Nobody is Present at the Specified Delivery Address
Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you using the contact details provided in your order and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If no one is available to receive your order, the package will be placed at your doorstep to allow our delivery partners to continue their route. In such cases, TSquared Eats will not be liable for any spoilage of products. Please retrieve your meals and store them in the freezer as soon as possible or before the delivery timeframe ends, whichever is earlier.

- Deliveries to Private Estates (e.g., Condominiums)
If you reside in a private estate with manned security points, please notify your security personnel about the expected delivery from TSquared Eats. By placing an order, you authorize our delivery partners to leave your order at your doorstep with the assistance of your estate's security personnel if you are not present or contactable.
- If Delivery is Unsuccessful Due to Absence or Incorrect Address
In case our delivery partners cannot deliver your order because (i) you are absent and your estate's security personnel refuse or are unavailable to assist, or (ii) you provided an incorrect address, we will not return the meals to our kitchen or retrieve them from the wrong address for re-delivery. If we cannot complete your delivery due to these reasons, your order will be forfeited. If the delivery is completed to the wrong address, you will need to arrange to retrieve your meals.
- Change of Delivery Slot/ Location
If you require a change of delivery address and/ or delivery slot, please inform us by sending an email at eat@tsquaredlab.com mentioning your order number. Please note for us to effectuate the change requested, we need advance notice of at least 24 hours. We reserve the right to not confirm your request for change of delivery slot or address if the notice is provided less than 24 hours in advance.
- Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
Traffic and weather conditions may cause unforeseen delays beyond the specified timeframe. In such cases, our delivery partners will notify you of their location via SMS/WhatsApp to minimize any inconvenience. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
