What items are included in the Christmas menu?
Our Christmas menu offers a variety of premium proteins, cold platters, and sides. You can mix and match as you would want or for convenience, choose from our predetermined sets.

Is there a minimum order value for free delivery?
Yes, orders for over S$100 qualify for free delivery. In case there is a shortfall, we will be required to charge a flat delivery fee of $20 per drop.

What are the delivery time slots?
We offer two delivery slots: 11 AM to 1 PM and 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders should be placed at least 3 days before your desired delivery date.

Is the food delivered warm?
Yes, the food will be delivered to your doorstep warm and ready to eat, in standard food grade packaging and a thermal bag. It does not need to be heated up prior to consumption.

Do you deliver on weekends and Christmas or Christmas Eve?
Yes, during the period that our Christmas menu is available, we deliver every day, including weekends, public holidays, Christmas, and Christmas Eve.

Once placed, can I edit or cancel my order?
As we are procuring specialized raw materials only for the Christmas menu, we are unable to cancel your order once placed. Should you need to make any changes to the items or the delivery day and slot, please contact us at least 3 days prior to the intended date of delivery.
